Opportunity:
Develop a retail promotion for Kellogg’s that deepens consumer engagement and inspires family play.

Challenge:  
Create on-pack value and drive incremental sales with a multi-channel campaign that stands out during the crowded back-to-school timeframe.

Solution:  
Trisect brought together Kellogg’s, the biggest name in breakfast, and Nintendo, the biggest name in gaming. The Power Up Instant Win Game came to life on over 53 million boxes of Kellogg’s cereals. It gave consumers the opportunity to win the year’s hottest gaming system­– The Nintendo DSi. The promotion was also the first-ever giveaway of Nintendo DSi points, a major new initiative for Nintendo. The integrated campaign showcased Mario and other beloved Nintendo characters, which burst off of dynamic packaging, point-of-sale and FSIs right into the hearts and kitchens of families across America.
